People face problems every day,  these  problems could be more complex and make us unhappy in our lives .

Here  we gonna talk about ''happiness''

what is happiness ?

Why can someone be unhappy in his or her life ?

And how can We solve these problem and became happy again.

 

 

The way we talk about Happiness influences your understanding of it , and society seems to treat happiness as a ''static state'' you can be or  A ''destination you can reach'' , wich is absolutaly

 Happiness is an emotion like every other, and so it behaves like any other emotion, It’s fleeting,  It comes and  goes.

sometimes it's can be difficult to understand it because  we’re not talking about ''feeling happy'' . We’re talking about ''being happy ''.

 

Happiness is the freedom to do what you want as well as having the confidence in yourself to take advantage of this freedom, And if you take the time to think about this short statement, you will understand why happiness seems to be so elusive.

 

Now !

When you are presented with a problem wich is ‘’ the being  unhappy ‘’ how do you solve it?

 

Before finding a solution to the problem, the problem must first be clearly identified. After that, one of many problem solving strategies can be applied, wich mean we must find the reasons first :

Bad memories can cause a person to suffer from sadness. Broken relationships, loss of a family member that you cant pass over , misunderstandings or bad experiences in life may result  negative thoughts and make you feel sadand lonely .

also , when a person has low self-esteem, they refuse to express what they feel,  It may cause sadness and sometimes depression .

 

the feeling of desire for something more. wich could be the result of the influence of other people, when you compare your own life with others . You may feel unhappy even after getting all these  things because this is only to impress other people, And sometimes that can lead to a natural emotion called ''Anger '' when a person  feels that someone or something has done wrong towards them.

 

 Most people always hope for the best and are not prepared for the worst scenarios and they build high expectation
that may  lead to disappointments wich  can cause sadness.

 

Now after we have listed the reasons we pass to the most importante Stepp wich is how can We be Happy :

Wake up and just be grateful



Smile and smile a lot, people can feel your vibration and believe me or not they can detect when you are happy and enjoying your life just when they see  you smiling .

You have to know that ,

Learning to love the life you’re already living exactly as it is, is not always easy.

Loving  life starts with not rushing through,  By taking the extra time , patience will allow you to not get wrapped up in outside stressors.

 

Give yourself a moment every day to admire something you own.

At one point acquiring these things  brought you a moment of joy and excitement, don’t forget that.

 

The choice is yours when learning to love the life you already have, You can  learn frompast mistakes , You can find the good in a bad situation , just try to change your vision of things.

 What you eat matters beeing Healthy By taking care of the food you eat and your body , will make you satisfied of your self and that feeling of satisfaction will make you happy .
